Loren Bennet Halpern
Loren first started practicing law when he graduated law school in 1994. Prior to that time he had been working at The Halpern Law firm as a law clerk. He has a knack for getting to the point of things quickly and understanding legal issues and their application to a clients story. In one case Loren was able to obtain substantial recovery for a client assaulted in bar. The defendant struck the client with a beer bottle. Quickly realizing that the only possible source of recovery would be from the defendant homeowners insurance, Loren characterized the case as one of negligence and over reaction as opposed to a criminal assault. By doing so Loren was able to get the defendants homeowners policy to pay for our clients damages. It is this type of "out of the box" thinking that provides the best possible results. Loren has also been lead attorney on several Million Dollar cases. While outside of the office Loren spends time coaching his four kids in soccer, baseball and softball. And he is becoming an avid tennis player.
